S&M DIRT TECH LLC

They do great work and Steven is a man of his word! I recommend him 100%

I had to let go of three different excavation contractors on my new construction project before hiring S&M Dirt Tech. The first thing I'll say is that Steven, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. In an industry where communication can be a challenge, he kept me informed every step of the way. I received regular updates on the progress of the job, and not once did I have to track him down for answers or wonder what was happening on my property. Just as importantly, Steven was fair, honest, and did exactly what he said he would do. His crew showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and took pride in their work. One thing that really stood out was how clean they kept the job site. At the end of each day, the property was left neat and organized. I've had multiple trades working on this project, including framers and electricians, and no other crew left the site as clean as S&M Dirt Tech. If you're looking for an excavation contractor who communicates, does quality work, and treats your project with respect, I would not hesitate to recommend S&M Dirt Tech.

The before-and-after photos show only a small portion of the work they completed. As you can see, this was not an easy, flat parcel to work on, yet they handled the challenges professionally and delivered excellent results. Let me tell you about this landscape business! S&M Dirt Work is the best! They are hard workers and do a great job for a fair price. And they show up!!!! Steve scheduled us a month out and we were afraid it’d get pushed due to rain, but he made it work and got the job done. They have all the necessary equipment and come prepared. We had excavation dirt work done, some rock work that required manual placement, and some sidewalks and other cement work. It all turned out great! We cant thank him and his crew enough!
